Clean room, friendly staff, the ocean-view was a delightful addition to my stay.

The Ritz Acapulco All Inclusive offers stunning ocean views right from our balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay feel special. We enjoyed the variety and quality of food available each day. There were plenty of activities like beach volleyball and kayaking!

Some areas felt crowded during high season.

I appreciated the close proximity to Papagayo Park, just a short stroll away, and the lovely beach right in front, which made for perfect weekend explorations. the rooms were cleaned really well every day, adding to my overall comfort during my stay. As a family with children, the easy access to nearby attractions made our city strolls so much more enjoyable, but the hotel did seem a bit crowded at times.

The room I had was spacious with a fantastic ocean view it gave me the perfect start every morning. The staff went above and beyond, like when they surprised us with complimentary drinks at the bar after a long day on the beach.

The food exceeded expectations, offering a diverse menu featuring excellent Spanish dishes daily. The friendly service from staff like Pino made dining a pleasure. However, I found the breakfast menu repetitive over my stay and the need for more variety in daily activities left some room for improvement. Despite that, the overall ambiance and quality of service left me satisfied.

Had an amazing time with my friends at the resort! We enjoyed jet skiing and participating in aqua aerobics organized by the staff. The location was perfect, and we even used the shuttle to visit nearby attractions. Overall, a great spot for a group vacation!

We did have one odd moment with a floor manager at the restaurant. They accused us of taking food we had already paid for, which was frustrating.
